The carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and smoke detector were last tested on March 2024.

Two caregivers did not have the required annual trainings in SBS/SIDS/Brain Development, Hazardous Materials, Allergic Reactions, Administering Medication, Emergency Prepardness, Building Safety, and Communicable Diseases.

The emergency preparedness plan was not available at the time of inspection.

One caregiver was observed supervising children with an expired CPR/First Aid certificate. One caregiver was observed supervising children without an active CPR/First Aid certificate.

One caregiver was observed to be supervising 7 infants with a specified age group of 12m to 17m.

The electric smoke detection system was last tested on February 17, 2022.

One out of six employees was missing 16 annual training hours. One out of six employees was missing 3 annual training hours in management techniques, leadership, or staff supervision.

Director's certificate expired on December 7, 2022, and was not renewed.

The fire inspection was last conducted on June 11, 2021.

Two employees were missing the following trainings: Hazardous materials, emergency preparedness, building safety, and communicable diseases.

One caregiver was observed supervising 22 children, mostly 4 years old. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection. Director stepped in the classroom and class within ratio.

Orientation statements were not available for review for two caregivers having unsupervised access to children.

A caregiver was showing cartoon sing-along videos to children 12 months old to 3 years old. NOTE: This was corrected during inspection as television was turned off and other activities began.

Transportation training was not available for review during inspection for both directors of the operation.

A 12 month old infant was observed in the classroom with 3 year old children under the care of one caregiver. There was more than 18 months difference in age between children. NOTE: Infant child was picked up by parent. Child/caregiver ratio was met.

There were 18 children ages with a Specified Age Group of 2 years old under the care of 1 caregiver. The maximum amount of children one caregiver can have with SAG of 2 years old is 11 children. NOTE: This was corrected during inspection as 6 children were moved to another classroom and one child was picked up to meet child/caregiver ratio.

The annual sanitation inspection was not completed timely. Previous sanitation inspection was completed on 3/2/2020.
