During walk through, it ws observed gate to pool area had a latch, however was not locked.
During the walkthrough of the operation in the boys cottage three doors did not have working door knobs in the closets. In the girls cottage the tile in the playroom was found to be damaged. In the teenage cottage the room in the north side of the building on the left hand side had water damage. The dining room of the operation also had water damage.
