Emergency practice drills were last conducted on September 2022.

One caregiver was observed supervising 12 children ranging from ages 18 months to 2 years. Based on the specified age of the group, one caregiver can supervise a maximum of 11 children. Note: it was corrected at inspection.

Child was observed going to the restroom. Restroom has a jack and jill set up, connecting two classrooms. Child walked into an empty classroom, when exiting the restroom. Caregiver was not aware child had gone out the other exit of the restroom.

A four year old child was left inside the classroom?s restroom, unsupervised, when the class left to the outside playground.

Electronic smoke alarms were last inspected on 03/11/2021.

Current lesson plans were not posted.

One two year old child was observed sitting in a high chair because child did not want to sleep. Note: It was corrected at inspection.

Fire extinguishers were last serviced on October 2020.

Pre-K classroom does not have well defined interest centers. Toys are in shelves out of children's reach.
