Based on evidence received during the DFPS investigation, a caregiver used poor judgement by moving a bottle warmer from the counter to the floor, within reach of the infants in the classroom. This poor judgement call placed the infants in the classroom at risk, and a child was burned.
Based on evidence received during the DFPS investigation, a caregiver moved a bottle warmer from the counter to the floor, plugged it in, and walked away. The caregiver?s neglectful behavior resulted in a 11 month old infant to be left unsupervised with a hot bottle warmer and the infant sustained first and second degree burns on both legs.
