During the inspection the two-year-old classroom was over ratio when an older child was sent into the classroom to use the restroom. At that time there were 12 children with one caregiver.
A child was observed coming into the class to use the restroom and did not wash hands when they finished. An infant was also ibserved being changed and thier hands were not washed.
A playground barrier was observed broken and sticking up out of the ground. This could cause a tripping hazard and is a risk.
