During the playground inspection, it was discovered that the water play table was filled with water and leaves. In response, the caregiver took immediate action and proceeded to drain the water table, effectively resolving the issue. Pictures were taken.

There were not enough available toys in the toddler class during a child led activity. Children were observed fighting over the limited amount of toys of available to them during the activity.This was observed through video obtained during the course of the investigation.
A caregiver did not use positive methods of discipline and guidance when redirecting a child in care. The caregiver uses physical redirection to deter a child from a negative behavior and to direct them back to the play area.
