It was found during the inspection that a caregiver did not wash their hands or the child's hands after changing their diaper.

1 out of 8 records reviewed was missing 16 hours of Pre-Service training and has been employed longer than 90 days.

During the inspection it was found that 5 outlets were uncovered in the Pre-K classroom and were accessible to children under the age of 5. This was corrected during the inspection.

Evidence obtained during the Abuse/Neglect investigation found that a caregiver inappropriately disciplined a child on two separate incidents. During one incident the caregiver slapped the child's hand, and during another incident the caregiver pulled the child's hair.

It was found during the Abuse/Neglect investigation that a fan, placed on the floor, was being used in the infant room and mobile infants had access to this fan.

3 classrooms didn't have a smoke detector and children use these rooms.

Cleaning supplies and water heaters under hand washing sinks were accessible to children in three classrooms.

During the inspection there was 1 caregiver to 9 infants 0-11 months old. This was corrected during the inspection as another caregiver arrived for this classroom.

It was found during the inspection that 3 classrooms were left unsupervised at different times during the inspection due to not having enough caregivers. This was corrected as several caregivers came back to the operation to have enough to supervise the children appropriately.

During the inspection it was found that a 7 month old and 8 month old were sleeping in their cribs with blankets. This was corrected during the inspection by the blankets being removed from the cribs.
