During the inspection I observed a portion of the floor near a door had peeling wallpaper and drywall exposed.

A shed on the toddler playground was observed to be deteriorating exposing sharp wood points to children, and some briar vines were seen in reach of children on the playground, as well as a door on the playground was broken exposing some rust towards children.
