During the inspection I observed nails and sharp brackets sticking out on the playground within reach of the children.
During the inspection 8 children's records were reviewed and 4 records were missing their Emergency Contact Address, 2 were missing their Emergency Medical Attention, 5 were missing some or all of their immunizations.
This Minimum Standard was reviewed and found to be out of compliance. A caregiver was observed using prohibited punishment by pulling a child by the arm after the child sat in the wrong seat.
The daycare director has not completed the monthly checklist for their playground.
The operation had only conducted 1 fire drill in 2022.
During the investigation it was found that a child was made to stay in timeout within a high chair for around 40 minutes.

I observed 10 children's records of children who do not attend pre-k or school and 8 of the files did not have a health statement.
