It was found that caregivers were using their cell phones during nap time and outdoor play resulting in a lack of supervision.

There was enough evidence to support that a caregiver who was not qualified to be left unsupervised by another caregiver was left alone with children.

Upon entering the classroom there were twelve 12mo-23mo olds with one caregiver. The specified age for that group was 2 years olds. Therefore the ratio is 1 caregiver to 11 children. This was corrected at the time of inspection within 2 minutes when another caregiver entered the room.
