In the toddler two room, there were TV cords that were hanging down in reach of children making it to where the children could pull the cords and the TV fall from the shelf. The Director corrected this at the time of the inspection by removing the TV.

When doing the walk thru there were two classrooms that were out of ratio. One room had thirty 2-4 year olds with one caregiver. The other room had sixteen 11-16mo olds with two caregivers. The person in charge correct this by dividing the rooms up-eleven 2-3 year olds with a SAG of 3 with one caregiver. Eight 11mo-15mo olds with two caregivers. Nine 18mo-21mo olds with two caregivers.
