The outside door on the toddlers playground has chipped paint.

On the pre-k playground there was a hose on the playground within reach of children.

Cribs are placed back to back allowing infants to reach into each other's crib.

There was trash on the after schoolers playground.

I observed that the first aid kit on one of the center's busses did not inlclude tweezers, scissors or a thermometer. NOTE: This is corrected during the inspection.

I did not observe documentation of severe weather drills or lock down drills.

I observed the SIDS, Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma training had expired for a caregiver who works with infants.

I did not observe documentation of transportation safety training for the director.

The walls in the 18 to 22 months room has peeling paint. In the 3 year old classroom there is a part of a missing floor tile. Pictures were taken.

The most recent fire inspection expired in Feb. 2020.

In the advanced pre-k classroom a teacher was asked how many children she had. She stated 10. It was verified by Child Care Regulation there were 12 children.

Based on the information gathered a teacher did not demonstrate competency, good judgment or self control when she called a child an inappropriate word.
