Based on information obtained during an investigation, this standard was found to be in violation. A child was able to walk out of the classroom, out the building, and into the parking lot unnoticed. The child was unsupervised for approximately 2 minutes 25 seconds before being found in the parking lot area by another caregiver. The 3 caregivers were found Reason to Believe for Neglectful Supervision.

Based on information obtained during an investigation, this standard was found to be in violation. The caregivers failed to properly supervise a child while in care and as result, the child was able to walk out of the classroom and exit the building through the front door without knowledge of the caregivers. The caregiver's responsible for the child were engaged in a conversation that distracted them from their caregiver responsibilities. The child was found outside in the front parking lot area by another caregiver.
