Two infants were observed sleeping in bouncy seats. One infant woke up and the other infant was removed from the seat.
Observed tall shelves that were easy to tip over that were not mounted in the school age area. I spoke to the operation about mounting the shelves due to tipping. There was a metal rebar sticking out of the playground near the fence. The rebar was removed from the playground.
