There was a plastic tub with water in the playground. There were two disinfecting spray cans in the girl's restroom, one by the sink and the second underneath the sink. There were two hand sanitizer bottles and a disinfecting spray can underneath the sink of the infant's room. The cabinets were not locked. Note: This was corrected when cleaning products were removed and/or placed in locked cabinet and water from plastic tub was dumped.
Three infant bottles observed during inspection were not labeled with the children's name. This was corrected at inspection when provider labeled the bottles.
Play-yards in the infant room are not labeled with the children's name or assigned number. This was correct at inspection when provider labeled with play-yards with the children's names.
