The following was observed during the inspection: In the infant classroom for infants ages 0-11 months old, a video was playing on a television screen. In a multipurpose room, two infants aged 12-17 months, were in the room while a video was playing on a television screen.

During the inspection, in two of the rooms where children were napping, the doors to the rooms were closed and no caregivers were inside the rooms supervising the children.
The emergency bag that the operation takes on walking field trips was missing emergency authorization consent forms.
During the investigation, it was discovered that the operation is using a wagon, which is a similar type of equipment as a stroller, when taking infants aged 12-17 months on walking field trips. The wagon does not have safety straps installed on it.
A section of the front fencing had a gap at the corner where it meets the other fence line. There was also one slat that was loose causing a space at the bottom of the fence.
The operational policies were missing a statement regarding the promotion of indoor and outdoor physical play.
This standard was found to be deficient as an infants monthly feeding information was not current.
