There was one certificate that did not have the length of the training.
A child missed two dosages of medication, due to the child sleeping early. The medication error was not documentation thoroughly.

There was a 3-week old infant observed sleeping with a blanket around the body and a rolled-up blanket used as a bumper pad in the basinet. The infant was also sleeping on a pillow in the basinet and the sheets were not fitted.
