I observed four cribs in the 3-12 month old classroom, with items inside the crib. Three cribs had mobiles, and another one had a toy attached to the inside of the crib. Another crib had a small, round sound machine near the infant. All of these items were removed.

The other caregiver was sitting on the floor with her own child and her child's physical therapist. This caregiver was not supervising the children that she was responsible for.
