This standard was evaluated and found to be out of compliance. An infant caregiver pulled, yanked, dragged, and pushed infants by the arm. The caregiver also carried infants by the arms across the room and threw one infant onto a padded play area.

This standard was evaluated and found to be out of compliance. An infant caregiver slapped infants' hands, arms, and mouth in response to infants getting into a cabinet, other prohibited areas, and when an infant tried to take off their own bow.

This standard was reevaluated and remains out of compliance. One child still does not have a vision and hearing screening.

Five children's files out of 10 children's files reviewed, did not have vision and hearing screening results in the files. Four children's screenings were produced during inspection. One child still does not have vision and hearing in the file.

In two separate classrooms, the caregivers did not wash the infant and toddler hands after diapering.

The two and three year old children were served canned pear slices that were not cut up to prevent choking. This was corrected at inspection.

On child did not have immunizations in their file.

This standard was evaluated and found to be out of compliance. The operation did not notify the parent right away when a child hit their head hard on concrete.

A caregiver did not demonstrate good judgment when she took a picture of two children in care, out of the view of the classroom video and sent it to her friend.

It was determined that a caregiver failed to utilize positive methods of discipline and guidance during a biting incident when she repeatedly told the child "stop" and only pointed out what not to do rather than redirecting the child or giving him positive options of what to do when frustrated rather than biting.
