I also observed a mop bucket with water in a classroom where children were getting ready to nap. This was also corrected when the mop bucket was removed out of the classroom.

Two caregivers were observed in two different classrooms during naptime. Both caregivers were lying down on the floor while the children in their rooms napped. These caregivers were not appropriately supervising. This was corrected when the caregivers sat up and were not told not to lie down.
The depth of the surfacing under and in the use zone of the outdoor equipment was not the required depth.
