I observed a caregiver walk out of the infant room for a few moments, leaving the other caregiver out of ratio as there were 7 children present. This was corrected when the caregiver walked back into the room.

A group of children were left inappropriately supervised when the worker that was counted in ratio walked out the room to open the front door.
Upon entering the infant room during naptime, I observed the room to be too dark. It was difficult to see the children that were napping in their cribs.
During naptime, there was not at least one employee available in the building.
