An infant was observed asleep in a bounce chair. This was corrected when a caregiver in the room was asked to put the child in a crib.

There was an infant in restrictive equipment that was manufactured with safety straps, but there were none in the equipment. The director had new straps that had been purchased and had those put into the equipment during the inspection.
