A step 2 infant to toddler swing was installed inside the children's classroom without proper unitary surfacing or use zones. Note: This was CORRECTED during the inspection when the swing was removed from the classroom.

This posed a safety hazard as the drawer did not have a safety latch and the items were accessible to children.
