One child 18 month old in the Infant B classroom was observed sitting on a high chair without the safety strap fastened during lunch time. NOTE: This was corrected, the caregiver fastened the safety strap for the children during the inspection.

Diaper changing procedure was observed, and the caregiver in the Infant A classroom was observed not washing their hands after changing diaper for an infant.

A five month old infant from the Infant A classroom was observed sleeping on the electric bouncer during the inspection walkthrough. NOTE: This was corrected, the caregiver removed the infant from the bouncer and place the child in the crib.

The transportation training for three employees who transport children were not available for review.

It was observed that the diaper chaning surface in the Toddlers classroom was not sanitized after each use.

The children in Infant A classroom was observed not having their hands cleaned after diaper changing.

Child Care Regulartory was not notified by the operation regarding the change of the director since September 2021. NOTE: Documentation for the director in charge were received during the inspection.

Of the ten personnel files evaluated, one staff did not have a notarized affidavit on file.

Of the ten personnel files evaluated, two staff did not have the original certificate or letter documenting their hours.

The director did not have their 30 annual clock hours of training.

The operation has not had a fire inspection since 1/21/2020.

At the time of the inspection, a caregiver who was caring for children, did not have an eligible result from CBCU.

Three infants in care did not have written infant feeding instructions on file.
