The last playground maintenance checklist was completed on November 2020. The last fire inspection was completed on 3/16/2020.
All the children in care were observed being provided with hand-sanitizer after washing hands. At least two children in care are under 24 months of age as they are 19 months old and 20 months old.
The last fire drill documented was dated in November 2020. This is also the last checkings for carbon monoxide, fire extinguishers, and smoke detectors is also dated for November 2020.
The last menus for snacks provided by the operation available for review were dated in November 2020.
The employee list has not been validated since 12/16/2020 and it is past due as it is required to be validated every 3 months. It was due for validation on or by 3/16/2021.
The last children's product certification was completed and dated for 3/16/2020 and it is required to be completed annually.
Both the director and caregiver were asked twice how many children were in care while they were outside. They both stated there were 14 children present. It was not until they were inside the building and children were laid down for naptime that they realized there were 15 children in care.
