The operation is actively enrolling children to the operation without adequate staff to care for the children in care. The infant and Pre-K aged classes are out of ratio with the infant room having 12 infants at a time with 1 caregiver.
Two caregivers in the infant room were observed not washing their hands during diaper changes.
