One teacher working in the infant room had an expired SIDS training. This was corrected when the director had the staff complete the training during the inspection.
A caregiver did not use good judgment when she allowed two-22 -month old's to stand on a two-step stool to do water play with a toy in the hand-washing sink. This resulted in a child falling and busting his lip open and had to get stitches.
There were several bottles observed in the infant room with only the first name and not the last initial. This was corrected when the last initial was added to the bottles.
