Based on the inspection visit on May 7th, several rooms become over ratio by one very quickly where the director had to step into a classroom. The director was proactive by taking a few children with her to go to classrooms to move children around.

Based on video evidence reviewed as a result of this investigation, a child raised their head from the nap mat as though attempting to get up and the caregiver used her hand on the child?s back in a rubbing motion to push the child to lay back down.
