This standard was evaluated in regards to the self-reported allegations and found to be deficient. It was determined that a staff was yelling and pulled a child by their arm to get them to clean up toys they thrown on the floor. When another child attempted to enter the center the staff pushed the child in the chest area causing them to stumble back. The staff was immediately terminated.
