During the inspection the door was blocked in the classroom and the kitchen exit lock is broken.

During the inspection for fire safety there was no carbon monoxide detection system in the home.

During the inspection the menus were posted without a date and month written.

During the inspection hygiene products were in the bathroom and accessible to children.

During the inspection there was no record of an activity plan for kids to follow.

During the inspection the operation did not validate the background checks.

The operational polices did not address recommended clothing and footwear, plans to ensure physical activity when extreme weather limits outdoor activity, parents rights, and instructions on how parents can access HHSC website.

During the inspection the owner background check was inactive. Corrected at inspection a child in care was picked up and the owner background is pending at this time.

During the inspection the required postings for local emergencies such as 911, police, and fire were not posted.

During the inspection walkthrough there was broken wood, tools, parts, trash in the back yard where children play.

Broken chair parts, broken wood pieces, branches and trash was observed in the backyard. A blow dryer plug in the wall accessible to children was observed.
