During the walkthrough of the operation, three classrooms did not label the children bottles with the child's first and last name. This was corrected when the caregivers labeled the bottles.

2 out of 7 classes required children to remain in restrictive devices for more than 15 minutes. Children ages 18 months to 2 years were in high chairs and they were not eating. Infants ages 12 months to 23 months were seen sitting in a high chair unable to move and they were not eating.
