On the large playground, it was observed that there were multiple bolts protruding more than 1cm up from the plastic barrier structure surrounding the loose fill surfacing. The bolts were not properly connected according to manufacturer instructions and poses a tripping or entanglement hazard. There was chipping paint observed on the wall in the two-year-old classroom.
