During nap time the mats did not have enough space to walk between them. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when caregiver rearranged the mats giving space between them for caregivers to walk.

The ceiling air vent was dusty on the outside area. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when the vent was cleaned and the air filter was replaced with a new one. In the toddler restroom there was a can of hairspray that stated keep out of reach of children. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when caregiver removed the hairspray from under the changing area making it inaccessible to the children.

Cribs were labeled with letters but there was no list as to who the crib belongs to. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when caregiver posted a list on the wall with the letter and the child who it belonged to.
