Based on interviews a child who screams while throwing a tantrum was placed in the restroom until the screaming had stopped.

Based on interviews and observations children are given a cup of milk and are required to drink all of their milk and give the empty cup to a caregiver prior to being offered their lunch.

During lunch, the fruit was observed to be withheld until the majority or all the food on the plate had been consumed by each child. A caregiver was heard during the inspection telling a child to eat their green beans and then she can have her fruit.
