The batteries in one of the smoke detectors did not work. Staff replaced the batteries during inspection.

Electrical outlets in the home in different rooms used by the children were observed without child proof covers as well as one on the playground. A bucket of different containers of chemicals was observed in the walk way from the home to the playground that is accessible to children. Coins were observed on a side table in the living room as well as a near empty can of chewing tobacco. The coins and chewing tobacco were removed from the table during inspection and put out of the reach of children.

The primary caregiver did not have documentation on file for review showing she has current first aid training.
