There is not a diaper changing pad/surface in the Tiny Buds classroom where children will be cared for that will require diaper changes. Additionally, there is not a hand washing sink located in the classroom or in an area nearby where a caregiver could adequately supervise the other children they are caring for.

The following were observed during the inspection in areas that will be used by children: exposed wiring in uncovered outlets, power tools, exposed plumbing where toilets and sinks will go, wooden boards that a child could pull down on themselves, an unmounted door, a piece of wood with a soap dispenser propped up outside on the playground and a ladder propped against the wall that a child could also pull down on themselves.
