746.1203(4) - Responsibilities of Caregivers - Supervision of Children

One fire extinguisher needs to be serviced.

This standard was reviewed as a part of a DFPS investigation. A child was neglected while in care.

Based on a DFPS investigation, it was determined caregivers did not supervise and intervene to prevent a child from pulling over hot water on themselves. This resulted in a burn injury requiring medical attention.
