At the time of inspection there was no documentation available for review to indicate that any of the safety drills had been conducted within this month. The last documentation fire drill was on 6/9/21, and severe weather and lockdown drills were last documented in April 2021.

The center was notified of a positive COVID case on Friday, but no report was entered into the Licensing system until Tuesday; as the director did not call and report the case to Intake directly. This caused her to break out in an itchy rash and her eyes to swell up. At the time of inspection the operation had already put into action and place a strategy of ensuring that this would happen again; the chef brings the cartons of milk to the class and pour the milk in the labeled cup for the caregivers to verify as well.
