This standard was found to be deficient as the operation did not have a current Fire Inspection.

This standard was found to be deficient as two classrooms had entrances that were blocked by furniture. This was corrected during the inspection.

The operation notified the parents 7 days after receiving notification of a deficiency for standard 746.1201(4).

This standard was found to be deficient as the caregiver transferred children to another class and failed to remove those children from her tablet and therefore did not have an accurate account of the children present in her group at one time. This resulted in a child being left on the playground unsupervised

During a DFPS investigation, a caregiver was found Reason to Believe for Neglectful supervision. It was determined that a caregiver neglectfully supervised children in care after a child was left outside sitting under a slide and the caregiver left her head count tablet in the classroom and did not conduct a head count on any of her children.

This standard was found to be deficient as the caregiver did not ensure continuity of care of children when not communicating with another staff member clearly about which children were being transferred into the classroom which resulted in the caregiver not knowing which children she was responsible for.
