The operation did not have enough snacks for all children. Some children were provided with a snack only and some were not. The operation did not supply drinking water for the children who did receive a snack.

One caregiver did not have a completed, signed, and dated orientation statement at the time of inspection.

The operation has not notified Licensing about the change in the program director. There has not been a qualified program director for the operation since 11/7/2022.

Caregivers at the operation do not have access to children's files.
