Based on information obtained by DFPS, a caregiver inappropriately grabbed a child?s arms and hands with force after the child did not want to participate in an activity. The caregiver continued grabbing the child as the caregiver walked closely behind the child towards another part of the classroom. This resulted in scratches on the child?s chin and arm.

Based on information obtained by DFPS, a caregiver did not demonstrate acceptance and patience when she grabbed a child and forced the child to move to another part of the classroom. This resulted in the child crying and sustaining scratches.
