A review of the Employees Who Left Employment in 2024 data revealed that the center had not reported the number of employees who left employment in 2024 by January 15, 2025, as required.

The infant teacher did not know how many children she was responsible for.

Food expired was found inside the refrigerator and in the storage cabinet.

Based on the information available there is enough evidence to suggest that the operation did not have a functional air conditioner inside the childcare center for over two weeks.
