A 20 month old child was seen sitting at the high chair table. The safety straps were not being used. The high chair table in the toddler area needs new straps that can be used to manufacturer's instructions. The straps on one of the seats has a knot tied on one side, where the strap was torn.

It was observed that one caregiver was caring for 6 children between the ages of 13-18 months old. The specified age group is 16 months old, and maximum number of children one caregiver can have is 5. The class was over ratio by one child. This was corrected during the inspection when one child was moved to another room.

Based on interviews conducted. It is determined that children were allowed to have screen time for two hours a day. The maximum amount of screen time allowed is one hour per day.
I observed a 2 month old infant in a crib with a bib and a toy in the crib with them. A photo was taken and the bib and toy was removed from the crib.
I observed 1 file out of 6 reviewed did not have the records.
I observed several bottles medication in the office not labeled with the date the medication entered the operation on it. A photo was taken.
I observed that a caregiver was not supervising children in care. The caregiver was in kitchen and not in the classroom. The caregiver did arrive back to the classroom in a few minutes.
