Based on information gathered through the course of the investigation, it was determined that a caregiver did not exercise good judgment by allowing a student to sit in their lap and engage in hugging in a manner that is inappropriate. The investigation also found that the caregiver was carrying children on his hip and holding them in his arms in a manner inconsistent with appropriate caregiving practices.
