Observed at least 3 caregivers without any annual training. I spoke to the director about the importance of training.

Three classrooms were observed to have cleaners at a children's level and was easily accessible to children. Director immediately moved cleaners higher out of reach of children.

Out of ten staff files reviewed, ten staff did not have 24 hours of required training available for review at the time of inspection.

Operation did not have a children's product certification completed within the last year available for review at the time of inspection.

Five out of ten employee did not have a signed statement that they received the personnel policies.

Two drivers did not have a current driver's license available for review at the time of inspection.

Five caregivers did not have Pre-Service training available for review at the time of inspection.

The director did not have current transportation training available for review at the time of the inspection.

There were several broken toys on the playground. There a broken shelf in a classroom that was being used

The food allergy plan does not explain possible symptoms if the child has an allergic reaction.

The operation purchased a van to transport children in 2019. The van does not have an electronic child safety alarm. This was corrected at inspection when the operation stated they will not transport children in that van until an alarm is installed.

The director did not have any annual training for the previous training year.

No caregiver had any annual training for the previous training year.
