There was a sink in another room that had a metal curtain rod on the sink. This was removed. In the school age bathroom, there was not a toilet paper holder and the toilet paper was sitting on the trashcan. The toilets were also dirty with yellow stains in the toilets. There were two seats for the children in one room that were stained and had dirt build up on the chairs. There was a broken table in the bathroom of the toddler room and a metal curtain rod on the sink in another bathroom. The table was removed from the bathroom.
