Observed peeling paint in the bathroom, and classrooms. There are cubbies that have visible dirt in them. The sinks in the bathroom looks visibly dirty. The bathroom floors have build up around the walls, The walls in the classrooms have missing paint in sections of the walls.

Observed peeling paint in the bathroom, and classrooms. Observed rotted wood outside by the stairs. The building had visible dirt and debris in the shelves and cubbies. The sinks in the bathroom looks visibly dirty. One classroom is being used for storage and is not able to have children in the room.

The operation had a tree that had been cut down and will be using the stumps as natural seats for the children. The stumps are laying sideways and are hazards for the children if they roll of a child gets pinched in the logs.
