It was found that a staff member escorted residents from the operation to a discount department store, purchased phones for the youth, and offered children vapes. It was also found that after allegations were made by the victims, the alleged perpetrator was informed of the allegations by another staff member. The alleged perpetrator then attempted to speak with the victims about the allegations.
