A high chair was observed to have dried food stains. This was corrected during the inspection when the chair was cleaned.

Chipped paint was observed on the walls of a classroom.

A caregiver did not wash their hands after rubbing their eyes and before handling food. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver washed her hands.

The operation does not have documentation of the emergency drills practices.

A child with a diagnosed allergy does not have an allergy plan on file.

One nap mat was torn and one nap mat was missing a cushion. This was corrected during the inspection when the nap mats were replaced.

Two children were observed unattended. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver returned to the children.

A diaper changing table has two small tears. This was corrected during the inspection when the diaper changing table was replaced.

The operation does not have a current fire inspection.

The operation does not have the following operational policies: days and months of operation, infant safe sleep, nursing mothers, procedures for inclusive services, gang-free zone policy, parent's rights, unassigned epi-pens, outdoor play and extreme weather criteria, insect/sunscreen, and communicationg with the director.

The operation does not have a current sanitation inspection.
