An infant was heard crying for a period of 6 minutes and neither caregiver in the classroom responded to the child's needs. The caregivers were observed speaking with one another and not engaged in caregiver responsibilities. This was corrected when the caregiver picked the child up, wiped the child's face and consoled the child.

Three out of ten files were missing annual training hours. One staff was missing 13 hours, the second staff was missing 12 hours, and the third staff was missing 24 hours. Four out of ten files were missing preservice training.
